Arch supports: Arch supports or orthotic insoles may support and reduce the pain caused by flat feet.
Stretching exercises: Some flat feet people also have a shortened Achilles tendon. Stretching exercises of the tendon may help.
Supportive shoes: Stability and supportive shoe might be more comfortable for flat footers than shoes or sandals with minimum support.
